Ms. Thorstad has over 30 years of experience related to the mining sector. She has held senior management roles in number of organizations including but not limited to Viceroy, Interaction Resources, Oremex Resources and Questore Consultants. Her experience spans exploration through to development and mining. She is a registered Professional Geoscientist and past president of the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of BC.
Mr. Barde has worked for over thirty years in international mining, including development of a copper-cobalt project in the Democratic Republic of Congo where he participated in the completion of a positive feasibility study and managed a $15 million Exploration/Development program. Previously, he was COO for National Gold Corp., and participated in the scoping study of the Mulatos Project in Mexico which is now a producing mine owned and operated by Alamos Gold Corp. Mr. Barde served in various senior management capacities with Placer Dome Inc, including that of President of Placer Dome de Venezuela, where he oversaw the planning of the Las Cristinas deposit. Most recently, he managed a $10 million dollar exploration and development program for the mid to advanced stage Santana project in Sonora County, Mexico. He has extensive experience in modeling the geology and mineralization and managing the resource consultants.
Mr. Barde received his BSc. Geology in 1978 and a MSc. Geology in 1981, both from the University of Geneva, Switzerland. He is fluent in English, French and Spanish.
Mr. Flower has 35 years of experience in the mining and finance industry. His experience includes exploration field management, bulk transportation, minerals/metals marketing, project and business evaluation, mining finance and research. He has worked with Kennco Exploration, CP Rail, Fording Coal, Cominco, Viceroy, Apoquindo and Gartner Lee to mention a few of his assignments. He is also Executive Chairman of White Mountain Titianium.
Mr. Attaway, BS Mining Engineering, MBA, is a registered mining engineer in Arizona and Nevada and a Qualified Person for NI 43-101 reporting. He has worked for over thirty years in gold, copper, uranium, lime and aggregate development and mining in the western United States. His areas of expertise include senior management, mine management, engineering, environmental permitting and compliance, mine valuation, acquisitions and public and government relations.
Mr. Attaway has participated in six mine construction startups including the McLaughlin Mine (Homestake Mining), the Colosseum Mine (Bond Gold Colosseum Inc.), the Castle Mountain and Brewery Creek Mines (Viceroy Resource Corporation), the Lisbon Valley Mine (Constellation Copper Corporation) and the Naturita Uranium Tailings Treatment Project. He has also worked for Duval and served as Executive Vice President and General Manager for Brohm Mining Corp and the Gilt Edge Mine to mention a few of his professional assignments. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer and VP Operations for Lincoln Gold, he is working to bring to gold projects to a production decision. Mr. Attaway has been the recipient of numerous safety and environmental awards.
Mr. Fair is President and a Director of Mench Capital Corp., a financial services and capital markets consulting company based in Vancouver, British Columbia. Mench has participated in and/or originated the formation of over $300M in private and public equity transactions. He is also a Senior Vice President, Western Canada, for CadoBancorp Ltd., with nationally syndicated financial products and a Director of Cliffmont Resources Ltd. and a Principal with Sky Energy Capital, specializing in the financing of renewable energy projects. He was also a former Director of Richfield Ventures Corp., a junior gold mining company in British Columbia which was acquired by New Gold Inc. through a plan of arrangement valued at approximately $550 million.
Mr. Pruitt currently practices law in British Columbia. His experience in mineral exploration encompasses a broad range of activities from involvement in grassroots exploration programs to negotiating complex mineral concessions in foreign jurisdictions. Mr. Pruitt's legal practice included regulatory compliance and requisite disclosure filings as well as reviewing/drafting various industry specific agreements. He has also worked as a registered representative with an options trading designation at a major Canadian brokerage firm. With thirty years of legal and business experience in a variety of entrepreneurial endeavors, Mr. Pruitt is a member of both the Alberta and British Columbia Law Societies.
Ms. Gieselman has had 24 years experience with junior mining and exploration companies listed on the TSX, TSXV, OTCBB, NASDAQ and AMEX, in the roles of Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer, and Corporate Secretary. During her tenure in the resource sector, Terese has accumulated an extensive background in corporate and financial reporting and compliance for Canada and the United States, including particularly relevant experience in financings, treasury, international corporate structures and financial reporting in Mexico, Peru, Chile, Argentina and Zimbabwe.
